Active for-sale subdivisions owned by public homebuilders surround Indio Canyon. It is positioned with convenient access to I-10 and adjacency to Indio Towne Center, Coachella Valley's favorite retail power center. Vaulter partnered with a Multi-Family Office on the initial distressed land investment, but ultimately completed a strategic recapitalization, bringing Creation RE + PE on board for a predevelopment and development joint venture. The project entailed acquisition of additional adjacent land which paved the way for rezoning low density single family lots into this visionary development offering much needed additional housing to the area, including Build-For-Rent product.
