Spanning an impressive 234,000 square feet and featuring 56 dock doors, Northmark Commerce Center was a pivotal addition to the local logistics landscape. In response to the burgeoning demand in the Haltom City industrial submarket, partly created by the wildly successful 820 Exchange development (a Vaulter/Creation JV), Vaulter identified and secured an off-market 21-acre site and joint ventured with Creation RE+PE and a Multi-Billion Dollar Private Equity Fund to establish a cutting-edge Logistics Fulfillment Center that ultimately leased to the 3PL group, Ryder Logistics. The culmination of this investment was marked by a successful sale to an institutional buyer. This story highlights Vaulter's effective collaboration with key industry players but also underscores the potential for value creation in the dynamic landscape of industrial real estate.
