In response to the burgeoning demand in the Haltom City industrial submarket, partly created by the wildly successful 820 Exchange development (a Vaulter/Creation JV), Vaulter identified and secured an off-market 21-acre site and joint ventured with Creation RE+PE and a Multi-Billion Dollar Private Equity Fund to establish a cutting-edge Logistics Fulfillment Center that ultimately leased to the 3PL group, Ryder Logistics. The culmination of this investment was marked by a successful sale to an institutional buyer.
